CAZ Construction is a proud Trade Ally of Puget Sound Energy and Cascade Natural Gas, and we’re able to offer instant rebates for qualifying homes. Rebates for energy improvements in northwest Washington are generally given by the company you use to heat your home:
- If you heat with electricity, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) will generally be your rebate source.
- If you heat with gas, check Cascade Natural Gas (CNG) for rebates.
Other rebates or discounts may be available to you through local organizations we work with:
- The Community Energy Challenge has whole house weatherization rebates.
- The Opportunity Council offers free or low-cost weatherization work (depending on income) through its Low Income Weatherization Program.

CNG rebates are available for homes heated with gas.
The Community Energy Challenge rebates a significant amount of the project price for weatherization work in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and San Juan Counties. They do energy audits, project management, contractor oversight and quality assurance.
