Exceeded expectations. HVAC/electrical crew was courteous, clean, quick and effective; completed anticipated work and unexpected issues seamlessly... without pause. They made difficult work a non issue... in a few hours. Outstanding.

Caz Construction did an incredible job on our home! In just four days, they insulated the attic and crawl space, replaced all the ductwork, installed a new range hood, electrical work, added a bathroom fan to an existing bathroom, and sealed up the entire house. We had Marco, Pedro, Adrian, Lazaro, Shannon and Ricky out at our place. The whole team was efficient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. They worked quickly while keeping everything neat and organized, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was done. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the homeowners they serve. They were so considerate, even with my elderly father at home, the team worked quietly and respectfully so he was never disturbed. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Caz Construction to anyone needing quality home improvement work done right the first time.

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure my place was neat and picked up before they left. Keith, Mario, Pedro, Lazarus, and Adrian were here, worked hard and did a good job.

Keith, Alfredo, Jimmy, Alberto and Brian worked for two days on my house. As part of a weatherization package they put insulation in the attic and crawlspace. They also put in a humidifier/heat/light in the bathroom, two built in space heaters and a much needed 220 stove outlet. Additionally they also repaired outlets, fixed previous mistakes in a cable run and brought the junction box up to code. It was a lot but they did it all and did it well. Today was just Tuesday for these guys, but today my life got a lot better. People who use their skills to make lives better are worth a lot more than five stars. A lot more.

We had the opportunity to work with CAZ Construction and their electrical team on our whole house and garage rewiring to remove old knob and tubing and replace with modern electrical wiring. Shannon and Ricky handled the entire project and were a delight to work with. They were professional, highly energetic and detail oriented. They accomplished a lot for us and their work was top notch. The CAZ team, including Shawna and Steven, were great. Any time I reached out to them, they got back to me right away. I always felt like my questions and concerns were addressed as soon as possible. Given the large projects they handle, we were small potatoes but we never felt that way. :-). We highly recommend CAZ Construction for your electric needs. Thanks, fellas!

Just had Brian put my heat pump in and Shannon did my electrical. Very knowledgeable and respectful and reliable guys. Extremely satisfied with both of them and will update later on the products performance as of now. I’m extremely happy though. Brian even gathered up some trash from under this old pallet we had.

Thankful for Brian and Shannon for installing this new system for us! They were very respectful and helpful in any questions that we had. They did an amazing job and got it all completed. Brian was kind enough to clean up some debris around the area for us, and Shannon even installed an outlet in our crawl space to help for future maintenance. We were also about to get a warranty for this system and they went very in depth on explaining how everything works! Greatly appreciate the team and what they’ve done for our family!!!
